You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software or any part thereof or otherwise attempt to derive source code of create derivative works therefrom.
You are not allowed to remove, alter or destroy any proprietary, trademark or copyright markings or notices placed upon or contained with the Software

Logicplant reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily of permanently, the Services(or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.
By using the Software, you agree that Logicplant will keep a record of the user's phone make and model for use with maintaining the history, cache, and cookies. The user's phone number is not stored except where required by the operator. Make and model data may be used for the purposes of debugging, maintenance, optimization of the service, or maintaining the customer relationship. The history, cache, and cookie information can be removed by youself on uZard Web products. Additionally, as authorized, we may also use personal data to send users information regarding update downloading, upgrades, enhancements, surveys, or advertisements about our products.
Privacy statement: Logicplant strives to protect the security and privacy of the users of its products, and will strictly protect the security of the user's personal information, within the confines of the uZard Web domain.
Please Note: uZard Web products do not control the privacy and security practices and policies of these third parties and their sites. Check the particular site and/or business for more information. It is the responsibility of the browser user to use caution before sharing personal information via forms and other methods used by third parties and their Websites.
No personal information is collected or shared, and providing ad profile information in the browser is strictly optional. The uZard Web products user's Web usage is not tracked. What is recorded and shared with the advertising service provider is the user's interaction with the relative banner advertising.

Analysis of Web usage will be done by aggregating data, ensuring anonymity of individual end users. Content and username/passwords for secure sites being encrypted server-side will not be aggregated and stored for any longer that the session is alive. Upon termination of the session this information will be deleted.
If a customer places a request for customer service from Logicplant, the information that may be collected is: e-mail address, name, phone number, correspondence records, and technical information such as system hardware, operating system, and the version of uZard Web being used. This information is voluntarily given by the customer, and is used by Logicplant only for the purpose of assisting the customer with his or her problems. This information is not used for any other purpose. Information collected by our customer service department is not shared nor is it sold to other parties. We do not sell or share this information with our advertising partners or advertising agencies.
